"Freehotelguide.com customer was very pleasant to deal with however misinformation was given to me upon making my reservation. I was told the Crystal Inn in Northeast has a jacuzzi in every king size bed room and this is not true. We had to move to another room to a jacuzzi room. We loved it and had a great time anyway."
